PRIVACY
Your sessions stay local
No account, no analytics. Session status never leaves your machine; the only thing it sends is a license check carrying an anonymous machine id.
It listens in exactly one place
ConfirmLight opens a single port on 127.0.0.1 to hear from Claude Code on this machine, and nothing outside can reach it. The only request it makes is a license check, which carries none of your session data.

- What permissions does it need?
- None on Windows. On macOS, turn on Accessibility (to switch windows) and Screen Recording (to read window titles) under Privacy & Security.
- Will it slow Claude Code down?
- No. Every hook is asynchronous and never waits for a reply. When the lamp isn’t running, the request fails instantly and is ignored.
- Does it work with claude in a terminal?
- The lamp lights up for terminal sessions too. Click-to-jump works with VSCode windows only, for now.
- What if I change computers?
- One key can be active on 2 computers at a time. Moving on? Choose “Remove this computer” in the old one’s tray menu—or, if it’s gone, remove it on the Manage your license page with your purchase email and key.
- Can I get a refund?
